The project started 4 years ago, when MASTERKEYBALTICS partner MINDAUGAS TREIGIS agreed with AUDEJAS owners to create a concept of whole territory first, and just after that to attract an investor. The work took more than 4 years to finish, and just first week of February 2016 it was accomplished. The deal was difficult because of many reasons, first of all the sale scheme, price structure, and of course the concept, but we can proudly say it was all done.
Now when the first stage of the project is finished, our team lead by Mindaugas and VIKTORIJA RADZEVIČIENĖ are continuing the work with 45.000 sq.m Shopping center CONCETP, LEASE, marketing and etc.
